Things you need to know

Before making a reservation, please be aware of the following contents to be observed at the accommodation.

Casa Leccion is not the perfect hotel for everything. It is difficult to provide complete service by renting a space that the host has personally decorated. If you want all the conditions perfectly, I recommend you to use another hotel. You can feel the year in the building and the air conditioner.

One out of the two mattresses is a thin topper type. Mattress, blankets, and pillowcases are replaced with every reservation. Two towels are provided per person, and you have to bring toothbrushes. CCTV is installed in the hallway outside the front of the front door for security and safety purposes. Visits or entering rooms other than the number of people booked are not allowed. Meat and fish that do not lose smell cannot be cooked, and please cook as simple as possible. Strong adhesives such as balloons, garenders, and tapes cannot be attached to the wall. Companions are not allowed to enter with pets. No smoking is allowed in all indoor spaces, including e-cigarettes. Please collect food and beverage cups in the refrigerator. Please turn off the air conditioner, electricity, and heating when you go out. Please turn off general waste, separate collection, and organize food. Please use additional bags in the sink drawer when the food container overflows. Please be aware that the floor tiles may be slippery. Please contact us separately for commercial shooting.
